Just when we thought we would never be able to replace the legendary Red Rider 844 for his traits that simply made Shorthorn females more maternal, a son came along that does all of the same great things but, does them better. On all accounts, the breeders that have seen the 12M cattle in production will tell you that when it comes to rib, he adds more than his daddy. When it comes to performance, there are just more total pounds. When it comes to stoutness and muscle they just simply out power.
We feel very fortunate to have landed such an amazing individual. His service in the next chapter of BSG production will be exciting. This is the kind of bull that adds value, as both his sons and daughters seem to silently be leaving their mark around the country.
